Very frustrating, once thawed and peeled, all that’s left is the equivalent of a large, soft shrimp.

The method of cooking in water completely “washes” the lobster meat (as with langoustines cooked in water versus steamed). Result = This lobster has no taste despite carefully defrosting (leave for 24 hours). disappointing.
